PowerOne Pre-Pay doesn’t ask for a deposit – this allows you to use your money towards paying your bills instead of being tied up with deposits. Plus, if your needs change, you can cancel your service at any time with no cancellation fee.


How does it work? Pick a plan based on your dwelling type – Single Family Home, Apartment, or Mobile Home.
Pay an initial estimate to establish service with PowerOne on ChooseEnergy.com or at any ACE payment locations or by calling PowerOne’s customer service.

You will be switched to PowerOne within 3 business days of making payment. If you have no power, expedited same-day or next-day reconnection is available for a fee.
PowerOne will then review your account to determine if your initial payment is enough to cover your projected usage for the first month. If it is not, you will receive a shortfall notice with an incremental amount that you need to pay in order to continue service through the end of the month.

PowerOne will true-up your account as soon as we receive meter reads that cover an estimation period. This ensures you get credit for any amounts that you have overpaid. In the case you have underpaid, and additional true-up charge will be applied to your next bill.
