OhmSaver 12, 24, or 36

The OhmSaver plan provides a fixed energy rate for 12, 24, or 36 months, depending on the contract you choose. Generally, the longer your contract, the cheaper your rate, so you could secure a lower price per kWh by signing up for the 36 month plan. The 12 month plan comes with a $150 ETF, while the 24 and 36 month plans charge a $250 ETF. The OhmSaver plan is ideal for customers who aren’t sure about their energy usage because the rate stays the same for the entirety of the contract.

Smart Savings Unlocked 21

The Smart Savings Unlocked plan offers a fixed energy rate lasting 21 months. If you sign up for this plan, you’ll receive a $25 bill credit on your first bill. Because of its longer contract term, this plan charges a $250 ETF. If you’re searching for a fixed-rate plan that provides an enrollment incentive, this could be a good option.

OhmSaver Green 24

The OhmSaver Green plan is one of OhmConnect’s 100% renewable fixed-rate energy plans. The contract lasts 24 months, making it a good choice for customers who want to lock in a rate long-term. This plan has a $250 ETF if you cancel your contract early.

Green energy with OhmConnect

Texas requires all energy suppliers include a percentage of green energy in their plans, so every deregulated plan from OhmConnect will come with some renewable energy in the mix. Some of OhmConnect’s plans are powered by 100% renewable energy and most plans include at least 25% of green energy. You can find the amount of renewable energy for a specific plan in its Electricity Facts Label (EFL).

• Energy-saving rewards: OhmConnect will notify you (through email or text) when energy demand is high. If you reduce your energy consumption for at least an hour, you’ll receive credit towards your next bill. You can also earn cash rewards, enter to win prizes, or receive smart home technology in OhmConnect’s rewards marketplace.
• Refer a friend program: If you refer someone to OhmConnect and they sign up for a plan, you can receive between $20 and $50, depending on how many referrals you make. You can participate in the referral program even if you don’t live in OhmConnect’s service area. As long as your referral signs up for a plan with OhmConnect, you’ll receive the referral bonus.
• Cancellation fees: Like other energy suppliers, OhmConnect charges a cancellation fee if you end your contract before it expires. The ETF amount depends on the length of your contract.
