U.S. solar generation of electricity increased by 3.5% in June compared with solar generation in May. Nine states experienced a decrease in solar generation from May to June, Maine -22.3%, Florida -8.8%, New Mexico -4.9%, Louisiana -4.2%, Colorado -3.8%, Mississippi -3.6%, Arizona -3.6%, Nevada -3.4%, and Vermont -2%.

Following are June and May solar generation levels in states with significant production and the percentage change from month to month. States are listed in order of the amount of electricity generated by solar (including thermal) in thousand megawatt-hours.
