How soon can I set up service? A: Once your order has been confirmed through the Choose Energy marketplace, TriEagle Energy will work with your local utility, or TDSP, to set up service. If a hold has been placed on your enrollment, TriEagle Energy may require more information from you.
Will I have to pay a deposit or pass a credit check? A: Many retail energy providers require credit checks or deposits for their electricity service. My power went out – what do I do? A: If your power goes out or you are experiencing any problems with your electrical equipment (i.e. power lines, meter, etc.), contact your local utility directly. Find your utility’s contact information here.
