Moving or transferring your Direct Energy service

- Moving within Direct Energy’s service area? Contact Direct Energy a few weeks before your move to confirm whether the provider operates in the area. If necessary, you can even get same-day electricity setup.
- Moving outside Direct Energy’s service area? If Direct Energy doesn’t offer service at your new address, you can cancel your current plan without paying an ETF.
